About Custom Etch, Inc.
  • Custom Etch was established as a partnership between brothers Hank and Don (Sr.) Melonio. With leadership from Hank, a 50+ year texture industry veteran, as our CEO and from Don Melonio Sr. as CFO, Custom Etch has steadily grown to employ more than 30 employees and now occupies more than 20,000 square feet of facilities space situated across eight acres. As Custom Etch continues to grow, we remain focused on the development and improvement of our texturing and engraving techniques, ensuring the best possible aesthetic or functional finish on molding and embossing surfaces.

With a commitment to staying ahead of the technological curve, Custom Etch invested in the latest 5-axis laser texturing technology, while simultaneously remaining solidly rooted in the efficient, affordable traditional transfer and photo-printed acid-etching processes. From small individual inserts to multiple cavity or embossing roll programs, our staff of highly trained technicians and sales engineers will ensure complete satisfaction for jobs of every size.

Custom Etch services virtually every industry, and our textures can be found on thousands of products worldwide that include housewares, building products, automotive parts, lawn & garden equipment, toys, medical and more.
